  • Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax.

  • Repeat 10 times.

2. Neck Tilts:

  • Tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.

  • Hold for 10-15 seconds, then return to the starting position.

  • Repeat on the other side.

3. Neck Rotations:

  • Sit up straight and look straight ahead.

  • Gently rotate your head to one side, as if looking over your shoulder.

  • Hold for 10-15 seconds, then return to the starting position.

  • Repeat on the other side.

4. Shoulder Shrugs:

  • Sit up straight with your shoulders relaxed.

  • Shrug your shoulders up towards your ears.

5. Doorway Stretch:

  • Stand facing a doorway with your arms extended out to the sides at shoulder height.

  • Place your hands on the doorframe at shoulder height.

  • Step forward until you feel a gentle stretch in your chest and shoulders.

  • Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.

Remember:

  • Start slowly and gently. If you feel any pain, stop immediately.

  • Hold each stretch for 10-15 seconds.

  • Repeat each stretch several times.

  • Consult with a healthcare professional if your neck pain persists or worsens.

By incorporating these stretches into your daily routine, you can help relieve neck pain, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being.
