The Baseline Method is a fascial-first movement system developed by Lena Ashfaque, blending science, functional movement, and recovery principles. It’s built on the understanding that fascia is the body’s communication network — connecting every cell, joint, and muscle into one intelligent system.

When fascia moves freely, the body operates efficiently. When it’s restricted, performance, posture, and recovery all suffer. This method helps restore flow, realign the body, and rebuild sustainable strength.
